this is a collaborative and conceptual installation documented in koggel bay, south africa. The sand drawing, modeled after one of my typical doodles, is carved with only two guidelines: bring nothing and take nothing and nature must be incorporated. it was created in hopes of being present with nature, to not judge whatever came out of the day, and to let go of the “product” of art - create to create. in collaboration with dean tucker, this is 13818.
